Your reservation will be added to Clear Pond's Calendar of events. Please note: The $75 reservation fee will be posted to your online RealManage account, payment is due the month you reserve the clubhouse, not the month of your event.  Any and all payments, deposits and fees will be handled by RealManage.

Maria Wagler, community volunteer, will send you an email the week prior to your event to confirm, answer any questions, concerns and see if you need any catering accessories available to community members, ex. coffee urn, sterno racks, pans, chafing dishes, etc.

To add additional members to your account, login to https://www.ciranet.com/, go to "My Account", "Contact Information",  Manage Contacts (dropdown), Add New Contact, fill out info for each new household member.  Once all your household members are added, please complete this online form.

Please download and fill out this Modification Request Form.  Directions of how to submit are found at the bottom of the second page of the form.
